Shell
Shock were commissioned by FACT (Foundation for Art and Creative
Technology) on behalf of the Artists, Nick Crowe and Ian Rawlinson to
produce a series of explosive effects fired from within Gallery 1 of the
building on Wood Street in Liverpool.
From Shell Shock's point of view this was a fascinating project,
everything we know about designing a display had to be thrown away... we
fired numerous series of pyrotechnic sequences which were then filmed,
effects were deliberately fired at the walls and ceilings (which had
been covered in plywood and then painted to look like the original
gallery).

Bahrain: Accession Day
Shell Shock fired three major firings within the stadium
using high precision pyrotechnics and also fired an intense aerial barrage
from 13 firing locations in a arc outside the stadium.
The overall effect was extremely well received by the International guests
and the King of Bahrain.

National Lottery: 10th Anniversary
Shell Shock were commissioned by
Live Communications Ltd to design and fire a display in order to produce
spectacular images and TV footage for the 10th Anniversary
celebrations of the National Lottery.
The display was fired from the Millennium Footbridge, the roof of the Tate
Modern and from a pontoon on the Thames.
Stadium pyrotechnics (non-debris material) were fired from the Bridge and the
roof of the Tate. Aerial fireworks were launched from a pontoon held mid
stream in front of the Tate.
