Special Effects

After extensive research and a trip to see a wide variety of new entertainment technology companies in the States, Shell Shock have just imported 3 exciting new non pyrotechnic special effect machines from the USA and there will be more to follow. A greater number of venues will accept non-pyrotechnic effects and the transportation and shipping is considerably simpler.

Flame Units

Four new flame system units have been bought - these produce repeatable/ programmable flame effects using propane vapour, propane liquid or natural gas and fire a flame up to a height of 35 foot. They are extremely safe and portable units that are ideal for stadium displays, they will also be used for close proximity displays and city centre work.

Streamer Cannon

A huge compressed air cannon has been purchased which can fire metallic streamers to a height of 120 foot.

The streamers can be obtained in almost any colour and look fantastic at the end of a stadium event. Any merchandised item of a suitable weight can be fired from this system without the need for explosives.

Indoor displays

As exclusive importers of special effects from America's leading manufacturers, Shell Shock can produce stunning spectaculars on almost any site, indoor and out.

This range of materials is ideal for rooftop, stadium and city centre displays being visually dramatic but extremely safe as it produces minimal debris.

Out-door precision displays

Shock Boxes

Also Shell Shock have brought in some surprise boxes - these small units fire any lightweight item, rose petals, confetti, foam balls, feathers etc up to a height of 40 foot. Compressed gas is used to launch the effects which make them totally safe to use in any indoor venue and ensures tremendous spread of the fired items. These will be ideal for weddings, parties and corporate occasions when lightweight merchandised items can be fired over the audience for a surprise finale.
